Editing AVI files is easily done through VirtualDub but for .wmv and .mpg files the tools are less easily available. Two very good command line tools are available for editing these files viz. AsfBin (A very well done editor for Windows media files) and MpgTx (A tool being developed largely for POSIX apps). PDF Chart Creator Command Line Tool will convert data into a chart PDF document. The chart creation process is initiated by calling PDFChart.exe directly from the command line, or from within a batch file, with parameters that control it's operation.
